Charlotte Observer Article

In the early 90′s, Scott created a community based sites, Mecklenburg Online!. This site was voted one of the top 25 community based websites in the country by the The National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA), located at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The Charlotte Observer wrote an article about the site (see below)
