This was a very informative site and I am pleased to have recieved valuable information for my up and coming 4 years as a member of your fine community. You might want to add some simple information about new-comers... mainly if we bring a motor vehichle how to go about registering it. DMV hours and fees. And other first time information. Is there a bed and breakfast in Davidson or Corelius? etc. Once again keep up the good work your site is a happy first time experience for my future 4 years. Thanks, Hendi Fink

Nice to see your page. I spent alot of time on the lake a few years back at my sister's place. We acquired some really neat prints of Lake Norman taken from a U-2 spy plane. Contact Lee Talbot at Merrill-Lynch [Downtown Charlotte office] 2c if he has any left. I'm sure he would be glad to let you copy one to use as a GIF image on you page. They are available from the government so, if you're interested E-mail me and I'll dig up the address.

My Family and I love to fish lake Norman. We are very concerned about the lake level being as low as it is each Spring. We believe this hurts the fish population in the lake. The time the lake level is allowed to drop is the time a lot of the fish are trying to spawn. Dropping the lake level as much as it is in March and April greatly reduces the spawning areas. I am sure there is a good reason for this but I believe this mater needs more consideration. Recreational fishing, I am sure contributes greatly to this areas economy. This is not only my concern but the concern of all of the fishermen I have spoken to. Great to see a Lake Norman Home Page! Thanks for your time.
